Waitlist privacy
Updated October 19, 2026. Groom Reaper is an Airship Labs project.
What you share
We collect your email to record your interest and send Groom Reaper launch updates. When a signup adds a new address, you can then optionally tell us which issue trackers your team uses and the backlog problem you care about. We use those answers to inform product planning.
Where it goes
Loops stores your email, waitlist membership, and optional answers for us. Vercel hosts this site and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and abuse protection. Vercel also processes anonymized, cookieless page-view and performance data (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to help us understand usage and site speed. Signup doesn’t connect a tracker or create a product account.
Ranking
For a signed-in team, OpenAI processes issue titles, bodies, labels, and related metadata from connected repositories to suggest RICE scores.
Your choices
Both questions are optional, and answers are saved once. Skipping them leaves your signup saved. To change saved answers, contact us. Existing unsubscribe choices are preserved; joining again doesn’t reverse them. Future update emails will include an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and retention
After signup, a necessary encrypted cookie connects the optional answers to your email for up to 30 minutes, and briefly keeps your choices if they need to be corrected. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies on this page.
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool from our hosting provider, to count page visits and how many people join the waitlist. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other sites, and discards visitor sessions after 24 hours. We only see totals. The waitlist count never includes your email address or anything you type. See Vercel’s analytics privacy policy.
We keep waitlist information while operating the waitlist and sending requested updates, or until you request deletion. An unsubscribe record may be retained to respect your choice.
Contact us
To request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information, contact Airship Labs through our contact page. Include that your request concerns the Groom Reaper waitlist.
